PURPOSE: A mobile payment system and a method of a mobile communication terminal are provided to receive an approval of a payment approver of a terminal, if a mobile payment request exceeds a one-time payment limit or a total payment limit, thereby preventing an illegal payment. CONSTITUTION: When a payment is requested through a mobile communication terminal capable of performing a mobile payment, the mobile payment terminal transmits payment information to a payment management server for an electronic payment. The payment management server retrieves a mobile payment approver in an internal DB, and transmits mail for confirming a payment approval as well as mail for informing of payment contents to the payment approver. The approval or a rejection for the payment contents is received, and a payment rejection procedure or a payment approval procedure is executed through an electronic payment institute. |
