PURPOSE: A developing device is provided to supply a developing solution of a proper amount to a developing roller regardless of water level or viscosity of the developing solution. CONSTITUTION: A developing device for a wet electrophotographic printer(100) includes a photoresist drum(20), a developing roller(110) depositing a developing solution onto the photoresist drum, a deposition roller depositing the developing solution onto the developing roller, a cartridge(120) storing the developing solution, a developing solution guide(130) having a developing solution supply path that guides the developing solution in the cartridge to a deposition nib between the developing roller and the deposition roller, and a pumping means provided inside the cartridge to pump the developing solution in the cartridge to the developing roller.
