METHOD FOR WATER CUT-OFF TREATMENT OF EARTH WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely applying water cut-off treatment to an earth wire with a simple operation and without increasing a volume of a wire terminal part.

SOLUTION: When applying water cut-off treatment to the earth wire 10, a water cut-off agent having fluidity is supplied from the position of the arrow A for instance to its one terminal, and while supplying the water cut-off agent or after supplying it, air in the inside of the sheathing material 14 of the earth wire 10 is sucked from the other terminal of the earth wire 10 to reduce the pressure. Thereby, the water cut-off agent is infiltrated into the inside of the sheathing material 14.
