<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the lightning arresting function and to prevent a connector unit from being an obstacle in a desk with the integrated connector unit having a lightning arresting circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The legs of the desk are steel, and a base 3a of the legs is hollow. The base 3a of the legs 3 has a window hole 18 opening forward, and the connector unit 19 is set in the inside of the legs 3 via the window hole 18, so that the connector unit 19 is surrounded by steel plates of the legs 3. Accordingly, the lightning arresting circuit and cables are protected from the effect of electromagnetic waves.
