<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide device and method which prevents occurrence of cracks in a resin sheet at the time of punching a card and reducing swelling-out of an adhesive layer and cutting defects, and has excellent cutting property at an end part of the card, and excellent adhering strength, heat resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for punching the card for forming a card product from the resin sheet formed by arranging product parts, the card part is separated by using laser.
