PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid activation discharger which can obtain an activated water composition where various useful actions of activated water are surely added to various chemical products, and effectively prevent the loss of the activated water actions at the usage of the activated water composition and the reduction of quality due to the deterioration of the various chemical products mixed with the activated water. SOLUTION: The fluid activation discharger 21 is provided with a storage container 22 having an inner space 22a for storing fluid 28, a nozzle 23 having a discharge hole 23a for discharging the fluid 28 to the outer space of the storage container 22, a pump unit 24 for adding pressure for feeding the fluid 28 to the nozzle 23, hollow members 25, 26, 29 composing a passage of the fluid 28 together with the nozzle 23 and the pump unit 24, and magnets 27a, 27b arranged in at least one of the nozzle 23, the pump unit 24, and the hollow members 25, 26, 29 so that its magnetic lines cross the passage of the fluid 28.
