<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk recording device capable of reducing the time error of a pit recorded in a disk. <P>SOLUTION: Rotational speed control is performed for a spindle motor 2 by an FM detecting PLL circuit 8 capable of detecting the rotational speed deviation of a disk 1 and a spindle servo circuit 6. On the other hand, to generate an operation clock CK synchronized with the output clock of the FM detecting PLL circuit 8, a PL circuit 9 using 138 MHzVCO is provided, and a signal processing circuit 10 outputs a writing signal in synchronization with the operation clock CK generated by the PLL circuit 9.
