<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which is connected to two or more terminals thorough a network, extracts collected and accumulated human resources data from the two or more terminals, and totals the data by visualizing the result as a graph. <P>SOLUTION: This device calculates a weighted score from the number of business tags defining jobs in a company which are inputted by a company member and stored in a database for visualizing human resources information, and automatically generates a graph from the calculated scores. In addition, the device has a function for automatically generating a graph by designating the size of a group of the job tags stored previously during the calculation of the score. The device has a means for storing two or more pieces of associating information on the job tags associated and inputted by the company member, and can display a three-dimensional graph by using the information.
