PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a protective layer forming material heated to a suitable temperature to a coating part in a robot while suppressing the consumption of energy for warming the protective layer forming material. SOLUTION: The coater of a protective layer forming material is provided with: a feeding mechanism of feeding the protective layer forming material to each roller 48; a main feed conduit 204 and branched feed conduits 206 connected from the tank 20 of the protective layer forming material to each roller 48 through a pump 32; and branched return conduits 208 branched from the branched feed conduits 206 and returning to the tank 20 and a main return conduit 210. Each branched return conduit 208 is provided with a diaphragm 212. The protective layer forming material in the tank 20 is warmed so as to be a suitable temperature by a temperature control unit 202 in a temperature control chamber 200. Even if trigger valves 164 are shut-off, the protective layer forming material circulates so as to pass through the main feed conduit 204, the branched feed conduits 206, the branched return conduits 208, and the main return conduit 210, and to return to the tank 20, and it does not stay.
