PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit in which the level of an output terminal does not rise at starting the circuit with respect to the driving circuit which has a first output transistor for feeding a current to the output terminal in accordance with an input signal and a second output transistor for fetching a current from the output terminal in accordance with the input signal. SOLUTION: A driving circuit (100) has a first output transistor (Q22) for supplying a current to the output terminal (Tout) in accordance with an input signal (Vin) and a second output transistor (Q23) for fetching a current from the output terminal (Tout) in accordance with an input signal (Vin). The circuit (100) is further provided with control current generation circuits (Q13, Q14 and R2) for generating a current for controlling the base potential of the first output transistor (Q22), and stops the control current generation circuits (Q13, Q14 and R2) at least until a power source voltage (Vcc) turns on the second output transistor (Q23) when power is supplied.
