PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a weed control part which has excellent water permeability, is readily applied to an arbitrary position such as a road, a rooftop, etc., ground, removed and mixed in soil in becoming oil and in deterioration, has excellent heat insulating properties and lightening so as to be suitable for rooftop laying, grows a flowering plant, etc., and has excellent water holding property and water permeability. SOLUTION: The granulated wood aggregate material is obtained by mixing 70-50% of granulated wood main material having≤15 mm diameter produced from lumber with 30-50% of sand and setting the mixture with white cement. The weed control part is actualized by mixing the granulated wood main material having≤15 mm diameter produced from lumber with sand, white cement and water and applying the mixture in≥3 cm thickness to an arbitrary position.
