EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employee management system and an employee management program capable of managing and evaluating the working condition of an employees, thereby increasing sales and improving the turnover rate of seats.

SOLUTION: This system is provided with: a radio IC tag 111 to be carried by an employee; one or more ID sensors 101, 102 and 105 for reading employee ID stored in the radio ID tag 111; a seat condition table 106a for storing the data of the employee ID read by each ID sensor with the data of the reading time for each ID sensor; and a monitoring means 106f for monitoring the guest conditions and generating instruction data based on the data stored in the seat condition table 106a. Also, the system is provided with: an employee flow line history storage means 106d for storing the above data; and a history analysis part 106e for analyzing the data.
