RADIO TRANSMITTING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a radio transmitting circuit of a UWB (Ultra-Wide-Band) in size. SOLUTION: An NMOS transistor NMOS 2 whose source is grounded via a voltage source VDD1 is connected to one end of an antenna 17 to which the output end of a CMOS inverter is connected, and the voltage source VDD2 is grounded from the other end of the antenna 17. Voltages of the VDD1 and VDD2 are set at 1/2 of the voltage of a power source VDD connected to the source of a PMOS transistor PMOS1 constituting the CMOS inverter. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
