PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in any of impact resistance, weatherability, low gas-evolving nature, heat resistance, pigmentation, and scratch resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains 1-99 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer (A), mentioned below, and 99-1 pts.wt. of a maleimide type copolymer (B), mentioned below. The graft copolymer (A) is the one in which a vinyl polymer, composed of at least one monomer unit selected from the group consisting of an aromatic alkenyl compound, a (meth)acrylate compound, and a vinyl cyanide, is grafted on an olefin type rubbery polymer (G) consisting of 80-99.9 mass% of an ethylene-propylene rubbery polymer (E) and 20-0.1 mass% of an acid-modified low molecular weightα-olefin type polymer. The maleimide type copolymer (B) consists of 1-98 mass% of a N-substituted maleimide compound unit, 1-20 mass% of an aromatic alkenyl compound unit, and 1-98 mass% of a (meth)acrylate unit.
