<p>It is intended to provide novel genes participating in FGF signal transduction by which the mechanisms of forming mesencephalic tectum in the mesencephalon/metenchephalon border, cerebellum, etc. can be analyzed. (1) A gene participating in FGF signal transduction and encoding the following protein (a) or (b). (a) A protein containing one of the amino acid sequences represented by SEQ ID NOS:2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20 and 22. (b) A protein comprising an amino acid sequence derived from one of the amino acids represented by SEQ ID NOS:2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20 and 22 by substitution, deletion or addition of one or more amino acids and having a function of participating in FGF signal transduction.</p> |
