PURPOSE: An elastic pressure sheet and a method for manufacturing an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) plate using the same are provided to obtain good durability against liquid crystals and good slipperiness. CONSTITUTION: An elastic pressure sheet comprises an elastic layer(1) having elastic restoring force, hot-melt adhesive layers(2) formed on the both surfaces of the elastic layer, barrier layers(3) formed on the outer surface of each of the adhesive layers and capable of preventing bleeding of the hot-melt adhesive layer, and porous layers(4) formed on the outer surface of each of the barrier layers. Each of the porous layers includes ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.
