<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink jet printer (IJP) buffer system in which the use configuration of the prescribed number of IJPs 81 and BSs can be flexibly set by devising buffering or the like capable of coping with storing a large number of print data different from each other as the prescribed numbers of data for IJPs respectively, high-speed transmission, communication errors, etc. with respect to the prescribed number of IJPs. <P>SOLUTION: An IJP buffer system comprises; the prescribed number of IJPs 1; BSs 3 which store print data only for corresponding IJPs 1 and perform the prescribed numbers of print data to the IJPs 1 in advance and performs supplementary transmission of one print data in real time synchronously with print signals inputted from the IJPs 1, and control subordinate IJPs so as to retransmit the same print data only when surely receiving a reception error code from JIPs 1; and a control board 4 which exchanges various signals between IJPs 1 and BSs 3 to control the entire system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
