<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a lid opening operation of a cap with a lid in which a cap main body having both inner and outer cylinders suspended from the outer circumference of a top plate and the lid fitted to an upper surface of the cap main body are hinged at each of their rear portions and liquid can be poured out of a small nozzle arranged at the top wall of the cap main body by opening the lid. <P>SOLUTION: The right and left upper portions of an outer cylinder 5 of a cap main body 1 and a portion of a top plate 3 are separated to each other to form elastic plates 9, 9 protruded inward at a wedge plate 9b from the upper end of a raised-up part 9a. The upper surfaces of the top plate inside the wedge plate are formed as ascending slant surfaces 10a, 10a to upper inner part. The wedge plate 9b rides on the ascending slant surface 10a by inward pushing of the elastic plates 9, 9.
