摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement composition using a larger quantity of waste as a raw material than that in a regular Portland cement, having excellent flowability direct after being kneaded and the small change in the flowability with time. <P>SOLUTION: This cement composition contains cement clinker and plaster. The cement clinker uses at least one or more kinds selected from steel slag, non-ferrous slag, coal ash and sewage sludge as the raw materials for the cement clinker. The quantity of an interstitial phase expressed by total of C<SB>3</SB>A and C<SB>4</SB>AF is >18 mass% to≤30 mass%, the quantity of C<SB>3</SB>A is≤9 mass% and the quantity of SO<SB>3</SB>of gypsum hemihydrate in the plaster is≤1.7 mass% to the total quantity of the cement clinker and the plaster. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
