PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for recycling a cleaning cloth, which is used for cleaning the used dirty cleaning cloth. SOLUTION: This cleaning device 21 for the cleaning cloth 13a, which is used for cleaning off a deposit 17 which is accumulated on the surfaces of blankets 5 and 5a of a printing unit 3 of an offset press 1, is equipped with a winding means 33 for winding up the cleaning cloth 13a, a vibrating means 20 for vertically vibrating the cleaning cloth 13a, and scrape-out means 24a and 24b for scraping out the deposit 17 on the front side and backside of the cleaning cloth 13a in the vertical direction of the cleaning cloth 13a.
