PURPOSE: A wireless advertising system and a method using a mobile communication terminal are provided to output or display advertising data to a mobile communication terminal as a voice before a call back URL or a call back number corresponding to a specific number is supplied to the mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A database(101) stores connection information data and advertising data corresponding to a specific number. A receiving module(102) receives data including the specific number and a mobile communication terminal number. An advertising delivery module(104) controls an MSC(120) to transmit the advertising data to a mobile communication terminal(110). A control module(105) controls a short message server(130) to transmit the connection information data to the mobile communication terminal(110) as a short message.
