PURPOSE: To easily open only an opening position by forming a cylindrical collar on a base part of a drum in such a manner that the tips of cutting teeth does not exceed a tip of the collar. CONSTITUTION: An opening-closing closure 1 is removably engaged with a drum 2 through the threads 3, 4. An inside of the opening-closing closure comprises the cutting teeth 5 for forming an opening on a wall 6 of a container near the center of a spout inside of the drum 2. Before the container is unsealed, a protective ring is engaged between the opening-closing closure 1 and the drum 2 for preventing the unsealing by mistake before use. A hard collar 8 which can be gripped by the fingers is formed coaxially with the opening-closing closure 1 and the drum. This collar 8 is formed in such a manner that a tip 9 of the collar 8 is projected to exceed the tips of the cutting teeth 5 even when the cutting teeth 5 are located on a position to form the opening. The operation can be stably and conveniently performed by gripping the collar 8 by one hand when the opening-closing closure 5 is screwed by the other hand to form the opening on the container.
