PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an electric field intensity value accurately even when an operation voltage varies caused by varied battery voltage. SOLUTION: An eigenvalue setting means 11A stores a proper battery voltage value obtained after the A/D conversion of a rated battery voltage into a storage 15 as battery voltage. The eigenvalue setting means 11A also stores into the storage 15 a proper electric field intensity value obtained after the A/D conversion of a proper electric field intensity voltage output from a radio communication section 12 at the time of receiving a reference radio wave related to a predetermined reference electric field. A battery voltage calculation means 11B calculates a correction battery voltage by correcting a real battery voltage value obtained after the A/D conversion of the battery voltage, using the proper battery voltage value stored in the storage 15. An electric field intensity calculation means 11C corrects the real electric field intensity value obtained after the A/D conversion of the electric field intensity voltage from the radio communication section 12 corresponding to the object reception radio wave, using the correction battery voltage from the battery voltage calculation means 11B and the proper electric field intensity value stored in the storage 15.
