PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control method and a device which cancel a trouble of monitoring an output of an IDS by an operator, and a trouble of setting a firewall in a network. SOLUTION: A communication control device is provided with one or a plurality of communication limiting portions (11a and 11b) which are connected to a network where invalid data can flow and which limit communication in the network, communication control portions (10a and 10b) which control the communication limiting portions, and a communication rule generating portion (9) which generates a communication limiting rule which limits the communication when information concerning the invalid data is received based on information to be set in the communication control portions.
