PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate editing such as deletion and update of telephone numbers and electronic mail addresses registered on a mobile communication terminal. SOLUTION: Even information on the date and time of registration and importance is registered in telephone directory records of individual communication partners including information on telephone numbers and electronic mail addresses stored in a telephone directory file, which is retrieved based upon information on the date and time of registration and importance alone or a combination of pieces of information to extract a necessary telephone directory record; and a new telephone directory record or telephone directory file is generated, and deleted or updated, and the original telephone directory file is deleted or updated in telephone directory record units or telephone directory file units.
