PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more compact, durable or reliable key switch equipment having improved operability, which can be assembled by simple process. SOLUTION: Each keytop member 15 having a firm fulcrum portion 26 and a link coupling portion 27 which are formed on a sole portion of a pushing portion 25, is combined with a base member 11 having a keytop support portion 18 and a link mating portion 19, via a link member 16 consisting of a link portion 34 which links a fulcrum end portion 32 mating with the link mating portion 19 to a beam receptacle portion 33 mating with a link mating recess 30 of the link coupling portion 27. An intersection point P of a first turning locus circle c1 of the link coupling portion 27 whose center is the fulcrum portion 26 and a second turning locus circle c2 of the link coupling portion 27 whose center is the link mating portion 19, is specified as an upperbound position of the pushing portion 25 of the keytop member 15 by the link member 16.
