PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large capacity dielectric material that can be formed by a printing and an application and other simple methods. SOLUTION: The dielectric material comprises a paste having a gel composition as a main component made up of at least carbon nanotube and ionic liquid. The manufacturing method for a dielectric layer is to apply the gel paste by a screen printing.
