PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of easily performing a cutting work. SOLUTION: A press 2 is fixed to a main body 1 having two sheets of parallel plates 1a and 1b. A rotating body 3 of a toggle clamp 5 is rotatably mounted on the main body 1. A lever 4 of the toggle clamp 5 is rotatably mounted on the main body 1. A support 6 is rotatably mounted on the main body 1 via a pin 16. A link 7 is rotatably mounted on the support 6 via a pin 8. Each of both ends of a gas spring 9 is rotatably mounted at each one end part of the main body 1 and the link 7 via pins 10 and 11. A holding part 12 is fixed to the other end part of the link 7.
