PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation method of a pipe line peripheral edge in which a plurality of flaps are rotatably attached through hinges to protruded streaks integrally formed at the side of an enlarging ring formation body and its structure to especially form the joint part of a manhole and a pipe line in a vibration isolation structure in which high pressure water or a liquid is injected in an expansion ring formation body made of a cylindrical anticorrosive metal to expand the formation body to make it into pressure contact with the elastic ring. SOLUTION: The expansion ring formation body is brought into pressure contact with a concrete wall body in a concrete opening part through an elastic ring. A plurality of flaps are rotatably attached to the protrusive streaks integrally formed with the enlarging ring formation body at the side of the formation body, the high pressure water or a liquid is injected in the ring formation body closely stuck against the elastic ring from an injection hole for expansion to bring the expansion ring formation body into firm contact with the elastic ring to form the vibration isolation structure of the pipe line peripheral edge.
