PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily manage information obtained by a plurality of procedures with a simple system configuration without imparting trouble to a user. SOLUTION: This information management system is provided with sheets 10a-10c placed with two-dimensional codes 11a-11c each including at least destination information about an information management device 40 together with a tag showing the effect of the destination information. When a portable terminal 20 recognizes the tag inside the two-dimensional codes 11a-11c read from the sheets 10a-10c, the portable terminal 20 edits and displays an electronic mail transmission screen with the destination information about the information management device 40 as a destination. When an electronic mail by the electronic mail transmission screen transmitted from the portable terminal 20 is received, the information management device 40 homologizes it to an electronic mail address of the portable terminal 20 to manage the information by the electronic mail.
