摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching operation device for a robot which an operator refers and edits a teaching content with it disconnected from a personal computer, and which excels in portability and operationality, and also reduces production cost. SOLUTION: The teaching operation device 3 is provided with a PDA 4 comprised of a CPU 401, a memory 402 which is connected with the CPU 401 and stores the teaching content, a display 403 displaying an image signal from the CPU 401, and a touch panel 404 which conducts input operation by touching a specified position in a screen of the display 403; and an emergency stop command device 5 preparing an emergency stop switch 501 and a deadman switch 502. Therefore, the operator can carry the PDA 4 with it disconnected from the emergency stop command device 5, and portability is improved because the PDA 4 is detachable from the emergency stop command device 5 via a connector 6.
