<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for supplying a hemopoietic cell, a differentiated cell or the like of a primatial animal. <P>SOLUTION: The method for differentiating the embryonic stem cell of the primatial animal to the hemopoietic cell comprises keeping the embryonic stem cell of the primatial animal in a condition suitable for differentiation induction of the hemopoietic cell, transplanting the obtained cell in a fetus in the uterus of a pregnant sheep, and obtaining the hemopoietic cell of the primatial animal from the born fetus of the sheep. The method for producing the hemopoietic cell of the primatial animal comprises using a stroma cell strain from which a macrophage colony-stimulating factor is deleted as a feeder cell, keeping the embryonic cell of the primatial animal on the feeder cell, transplanting the obtained cell derived from the primatial animal in the fetus in the uterus of the pregnant sheep, growing the fetus so as to be born, and separating the hemopoietic cell of the primatial animal differentiated from the embryonic stem cell of the primatial animal from the born fetus. The hemopoietic cell obtained by the production method, and the method for creating a chimera sheep producing the hemopoietic cell of the primatial animal by keeping the embryonic stem cell of the primatial animal in a condition suitable for the differentiation induction, and transplanting the obtained cell in the fetus in the uterus of the pregnant sheep are also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
