<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncturing/collecting device for setting a lancet and a collection point at the same position to accurately collect a blood sample for the purpose of analysis. <P>SOLUTION: A test piece is used for measuring an object to be analyzed in a fluid sample and includes a base having upper and lower parts, the collection chamber extending to the space between the upper and lower parts of the base, the housing ring arranged to the lower part of the base to surround the collection chamber, the capillary channel having the inlet connected to the collection chamber flowably to be formed to the upper part of the base and the test element arranged in the capillary channel.
