PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension unit capable of securing a large stroke and downsizing by making a working amount of a magnetic spring unit smaller than that of a suspension unit. SOLUTION: By vertically movably connecting an upper frame 4 with a lower frame 2 via a link mechanism and engaging the magnetic spring unit 72 with the upper frame 4 and the link mechanism, the upper frame 4 is elastically supported against the link mechanism.
