PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling stock truck enabling stable speed detection. SOLUTION: Recently, the rolling stock truck simplifies its structure, decrease weight by reducing parts count, and tries to solve various problems caused by these tendencies. As one of the various problems due to decreasing weight, in a speed generator 20, a gap G between an inductor 21 and a generating portion 30 is greatly changed by an influence of wheel lateral pressure at the time of accelerating, reducing speed, and curve traveling, so that variation is generated in output voltage to interfere with the speed detection. Therefore, while changes in the gap G between the inductor 21 and core portions 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b of magnetic pole pieces 22, 23 is minimized, experiments are conducted by considering being fit for practical use. Consequently, the generating portion 30 is suitably disposed in an upper part or a lower part when viewed from a rotating center C of the inductor 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
