PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable confirmation of contents at the time of deleting table data, and allow a limited person to delete. SOLUTION: In the case of table data which requires password inputting at the time of deletion, a number of the table data desired to be deleted is inputted at a deletion table number input screen, and a password is inputted at a password input screen. When the inputted password is not correct, re-inputting is carried out at the screen. When the inputted password is correct, the screen is shifted to a table deletion confirmation screen. Since contents of the table data are displayed at this table deletion confirmation screen, after confirming the contents by visual observation, the user selects "yes" in the case of deleting the data, and selects "no" in the case of not deleting the data.
