<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a color filter and a black matrix uniform in thickness in a liquid crystal display panel. <P>SOLUTION: Coating of a transparent substrate with a photosensitive composition is carried out with a slit coater, thereby, the amount of the photosensitive composition required can be reduced. The photosensitive composition contains three or more solvents each having a boiling point of ≥100°C, thereby, solvent volatilization speed is made optimum after coating and a film containing a photosensitive resin component and a colorant can be made uniform in thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
