PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net fixture and its mounting structure which excels in operability of attaching and detaching without being influenced by a shape of an eaves gutter. SOLUTION: The net fixture 20 substantially comprises a fixture body 30 and a slider 40 slidingly fitted to the fixture body 30. Elastic engaging members 32 are mounted on one end 31a of the fixture body 30, which elastic engaging members 32 are extended from both sides 31c of a base plate so that a distance d between the engaging members 32 may be widened toward the front end. The engaging members 32 are provided with engaging parts 33 facing each other at the front ends so that they may be engaged with a bracket 2 by narrowing the space between them. The other end 31b of the fixture body 30 is provided with a binding part 34 to bind the fixture bodies 30, 30 together. The slider 40 works to narrow the distance d between the engaging claws 33, 33 when the slider 40 is slid toward the elastic engaging members 32 in a state that the slider 40 is fitted to the fixture body 30.
