PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily aligning a plurality of wirings formed in an overhung part of a liquid crystal panel with an inspection electrode of an inspection device, and to stabilize a contact condition between the respective wirings and the inspection electrode to enhance inspection performance. SOLUTION: A plurality of band-like protrusions 3a extended to be crossed with the wirings 8 is formed in parallel on a contact face of the inspection electrode 3 contacting with the plurality of wirings 8 formed arrayedly in the overhung part of the liquid crystal panel.
