The floor plank (1) has a support layer made of wood or synthetic material, and a surface layer made of flexible elastic material. Cupola notches (16), cupola springs (22), cupola bulges (11,23) and cupola ducts (10,24) are formed on the length sides (2,3) and width sides (4,5) of the support layer. A protruding tip (9) is formed on each width side of the support layer. The trapezoidal cupola duct and cupola bulge are formed by the protruding tip. The cupola notches are formed with joined walls to form a concave notch base. The cupola ducts are formed with larger cross-sections than the cross-sections of the cupola bulges.
