PURPOSE: A display rotating device of a communication terminal is provided to rotate an LCD screen such that the LCD screen installed in vertical direction can be made longer in horizontal direction, thereby displaying a normal image by using the entire LCD screen. CONSTITUTION: The first fixing unit(200) is fixed to a supporting unit(110). A rotating unit(300) is rotatively combined within the first fixing unit(200) while being coupled with a display(130). The second fixing unit(250) rotatively couples the rotating unit(300) with the first fixing unit(200) in connection with the first fixing unit(200). A cam is formed in the rotating unit(300), and limits a rotational angle of the rotating unit(300) in contact with the fixing unit(200). A braking unit stops the rotating unit(300) from an initial state and a rotated state by applying an elastic force to the cam.
