<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem of dirty water, contamination of washing agent, or the like, which are generated from washing foodstuffs as well as disposing of garbage of foodstuff residue. <P>SOLUTION: This invention is to process for garbage disposal conducting the primary fermentation by mixing used and unwashed food containers which are made from biodegradable materials, foodstuff residues and a fermentation promoting agent and conducting the secondary fermentation by mixing excrement.
