PURPOSE: A device for storing guardian data to prevent a child missing is provided to store additional information such as a guardian's telephone number and an address when a child wears in bracelet or necklace type, so that the third party can easily confirm and contact the number and the address of the guardian when the child is lost. CONSTITUTION: When an input button(30) is pressed, a microcomputer(11) drives an internal program to input a telephone number of a guardian, and lights a lamp(12). If the guardian's cellular phone is coupled with a cellular phone connector(20), the microcomputer(11) receives the guardian's telephone number or an address from the guardian's cellular phone, and automatically stores the received information in a memory(13). The microcomputer(11) continuously checks whether a cellular phone or a computer of the third party is combined with the connector(20) or a computer connector(50). If so, the microcomputer(11) calls the telephone number and the address from the memory(13) to transmit the called telephone number and the address to the cellular phone or the computer of the third party.
