<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood tip-up device for a vehicle which is not affected by various fender lengths of each vehicle model, for which the adjustment of the tip-up responsiveness of a hood for the vehicle can easily be performed, and which is constituted in such a manner that the tip-up height adjustment of the hood for the vehicle can easily be performed, and also, of which safety is increased. <P>SOLUTION: A rail R is fixed to a vehicle body 18, and a shoe S is freely slidably arranged in the rail. A front stopper FS is attached to a specified position of the rail, and a coil spring 14 is provided between the stopper FS and the shoe S. Also, a link mechanism 9 to one end of which a hood 2 is fixed, and to the other end of which shoe S is fixed is turned with a fixed point O as the pivot, and the hood 2 which is attached to the one end of the link mechanism 9 is lifted upward by the movement of the shoe S. A thread part 15 is formed in the rail in which the shoe S slides, and the stopper FS is made movable to the link member side by screwing the stopper FS on the front side with the thread part 15 of the rail R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
