PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make maintenance work such as the replacement of a battery, etc. unnecessary, having a simple structure in a power supply device of the transmission side of a telemeter. SOLUTION: A coil 26 is disposed at the large end 18 of a connection rod 14 at which a transmitter 24 of the telemeter is disposed. A permanent magnet 30 is disposed at a position opposed to the coil 26 of a web 28 of a crankshaft relatively moving to the connecting rod 14. When an internal combustion engine is driven, the coil 26 and the permanent magnet 30 relatively move.
