PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator in which cyclic bent vibration provided in a piezoelectric piece formed from a crystal or the like can be efficiently converted into an electric signal by reducing the leakage of mechanical vibration from said piezoelectric piece, and which can be also miniaturized. SOLUTION: In a piezoelectric vibrator 21 comprising a piezoelectric piece 22 including a pair of vibrating arms 25, a base 24 linking one terminal of each of the vibrating arms 25 and a supporting arm 26 extending from the base 24, a terminal electrode 29 is formed on the supporting arm 26, and the terminal electrode 29 is bonded to a mount electrode 27 which is formed on a packaging substrate 23, to support the piezoelectric piece 22.
