PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-curable composition superior in transparency and adhesiveness. SOLUTION: The radiation-curable composition comprises (a) a di(meth)acrylate represented by formula (1), [wherein X<SB>1</SB>, X<SB>2</SB>, Y<SB>1</SB>, and Y<SB>2</SB>are each hydrogen or a methyl group; n and m are each an integer of 0-4; Z is any one of a structure represented by formulae (2) to (5)], (b) a (meth)acryloyl group-containing urethane oligomer and/or (c) a (meth)acrylate having 3-8 (meth)acryloyl groups.
