PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a goods display box which is provided with a goods display box body 10 formed with an opening on the top, windows 14 and locking holes 17 set at a plurality of height positions in the peripheral surface and a bottom plate 20 which is formed with projecting stoppers 29 on the periphery, and the height position of the bottom plate 20 can be adjusted by simple operations. SOLUTION: A bottom plate body 21 made of a board and having bending resilient is expanded wider from an end close to peripheral face of a goods display box body 10, a tilted surface section 35 is formed between a first folding line 31 and a second folding line 32 and a bottom section 36 is formed between third folding lines, and furthermore, it extends to form a back section 37. A fixing piece 38 fixed to a tilted surface section 35 is formed projecting from the back section 37, a triangular prism-shaped stopper 29 is formed attaching to the rear face of the bottom plate body 21 and it is engaged/detached with the locking hole 17 with the bending resilient in the extending direction.
