<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film showing excellent characteristic in terms of all the items such as flatness, handleability, scratch resistance, pencil hardness, thermal cracks, antifouling property and solvent resistance, and to provide a polarizing plate and a display device using the film. <P>SOLUTION: The antireflection film having a hard coat layer, a high refractive index layer and a low refractive index layer in this order at least on one surface of a supporting body, is characterised in that the film thickness of the hard coat layer is 1 to 20μm, the high refractive index layer and the low refractive index layer are respectively formed by wet coating, and the nano indentation hardness (H) of the surface of the outermost layer is 2 to 4GPa and the nano indentation elastic modulus (Er) thereof is 10 to 30GPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
