<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide carbonated beverage of fruit vinegar suitable for maintenance and improvement of health, because effect of citric acid of fruit vinegar is enhanced by supplementary action of carbonated water, being readily drinkable as fruit vinegar, in which palatability is retained even when diluted. <P>SOLUTION: The carbonated beverage of fruit vinegar is obtained by diluting so-called 10-times condensed type fruit vinegar mainly composed of citrus fruit, blended vinegar and a sweetener and capable of being utilized as fruit vinegar beverage to 5-10 times with carbonated water and using the beverage as a packaging shape of a can, a pet bottle or bottling. The beverage is suitable for maintenance and improvement of health, because effect of citric acid of fruit vinegar is enhanced by supplementary action of carbonated water and is readily drinkable as fruit vinegar and the beverage keeps its palatability even when diluted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
